VirtualBeers is not an app or a paid service. It is a movement and a website that helps you meet up with friends who live far away, using WhatsApp and any video-call app you already use. We do not provide or manage the calls, the bars, or the content you send to your contacts.
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not use it to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for the messages you send to your contacts via the templates.
No registration is required to use VirtualBeers. The site is public and open. We only ask for your email if you want to join the movement (newsletter), contact us, or submit a review.
Any reviews and messages you publish must be truthful and respectful. We may moderate, edit, or refuse to publish content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site.
The VirtualBeers name, logo, design, and texts are property of VirtualBeers. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission. The idea of meeting friends across distance, however, is free: use it, share it, spread it.
The site links to external services like WhatsApp and other video-call apps. We are not responsible for their performance, content, or policies.
VirtualBeers is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, technical issues during video calls, or anything that happens during your meetups.
We may update these terms at any time. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
