Your name, email, language, time zone and, if you add them, your usual moments.

The VirtualBeers you take part in, the proposed times, messages, the photos you upload and, if you fill it in, where you were and what you ordered.

Your private notes about friends. Only you see them.

If you tell us something from the footer, or something breaks while you use the app, we keep it with the page you were on and your browser, only to understand it and fix it.

Each VirtualBeer's content (messages, photos, who's coming) is only visible to its participants. To show times correctly, other participants see the city of your time zone.

Nobody else sees your private notes.

Cloudflare (hosting and photos), Neon (database) and Resend (sending email). If you use "Help me write it", we send Anthropic the names and, if you have one, your note about that friend, only to write the line.

We only use two technical cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. No tracking.

You can ask for a copy of your data or correct it by writing to hello@virtualbeers.app. In Settings you can change your name, email, language and notifications at any time, and delete your account too: your contacts, notes and photos go for good, and your messages in shared VirtualBeers stay without your name.
